Took in the pc in late Sept, forgot about it up to middle Oct, updated once more those drivers and sent it back. Long story short, I got into a months of fighting with them, since they didn't want to change the laptop and they forced their hand saying they will do whatever they think it's right. In August, while I was once more time away I got in touch with them and they told me they were ready to fix it once more time for the "Final Fix" (I can just imagine the previous ones were temporary). As you can imagine the keyboard broke again after a week. Guess what, the moment they got the laptop inhouse they decided on their own to just update the drivers and send it back in July.
"They are not as crappy as everybody says!" At the time I spoke with some Customer Service assistant who told me to specify that I wanted a new laptop in the RMA and not a second fix. Unfortunately during those months I was away from home and to open a new RMA I had to wait the end of July. Unsurprisingly enough, not even 2 weeks after I received it the keyboard stopped working again. When I say slower I mean 30 secs to boot Win10 and minuteS to load D3. They took the laptop in and sent it back after 3 weeks, fully functional after changing motherboard and keyboard (or so they say) but slower than before. Forced to get in touch with Asus I prayed they could do help me, but it seems I was wrong. On late March the keyboard stopped working all of a sudden and I tried to contact the retailer (which closed the store) and Amazon (which said they don't care since it's Marketplace). Last August I bought a ROG GL702VM on Amazon Marketplace and till March everything went fine, then the disaster come.
